European Free Zone (EFZ) is the largest private sector free zone investment with 2 million squaremeters site. Investors are afforded the opportunity either to buy land for development to suit their specific requirements or lease pre-built production buildings, warehouses or offices. At EFZ title deeds are available to both local or forigner investors.

Lands

Lands are available in sizes starting at 2,500 m2 with ready infrastructure such as electricity, telephone, water, sewage and purification system. If it will be prefered Sahinler Construction Co. can undertake the construction of the plant. Also geophysical structure of the plot brings the build costs down to minimum.
