- General Services; İncluding environment, cleaning, collecting garbage, general lightening, general expenses…etc.
- "INDUSTRIAL WASTES" ; special industrial wastes will be collected
according to special agreements seperately done by the users.
- - 5* If LOADING / UNLOADING is done after 17:00PM or at Saturdays,
Sundays and official holidays 5the users will pay 50% more over list
price The overtime requirements made after 18:00 the employees waiting
for the overtime working will be send at 20:00 if the work will not
be realised the compnay who requries for overtime working shall pay
100 USD waiting fee
- If the user company provides the services named “loading-unloading services” by its own staff by the approve of EFZ or provides it from a proffessional 3 rd party or it is transit goods, 25% of the “loading – unloadin services with palette” tarif is collected as coordination fee.
- Every commercial vehicle will be weighed while going in and out of
free zone.
- Transmission loss ratio shall be added on monthly consumption amount
- Will be taken from vehicles (except automobiles) parking between 22:00-05:00 hours inside or outside of Europen Free Zone.
- Note 1: Companies who haven't done insurance cannot blame EFZ
form the damages which may occur during the loading/unloading work
- Note 2: The services which are not indicated in price list
will be invoiced as cost+10%
- Note 3: EFZ can stop giving services to the users who do not
pay service fees.
- Note 4: The above mentioned services can be given only if the
infrastructure is suitable.
