ORGANIZATIONS IN CHARGE

• Free Zone Directorate
  The zone directorate which is committed directly to to Prime Ministry, Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, General Directorate of Free Zones; controls the zone, gives the warehouse certificates , audits the working licenses, collects the special fund of free zone during the enteries and exits of the goods , realizes the coordination between companies, keeps the registerations of users.
  
  
• Customs Directorate
  The Customs Directorate which is committed directly Prime Ministry, Undersecretariat of Customs, realizes all the imports, exports, transit, custom's operations and audits them, puts into practice the penalties, follows and forbids the smuggling, takes the necessary precautions for the transportation and examines the goods.
  
  
• Customs Protection Directorate
  Takes the necessary precautions for smuggling, controls the documents and the goods entering to and existing from free zone.
  
  
• European Free Zone Founder and Operator Company Co.
  Constructs and make the maintainanceof all the infrastructures, superstructures , rents and sells buildings according to user requirements, sells lands to investors , supplies electricity,water communication, food, garbage collecting , loading-unloading and other necessary services to users, supplies closed or open stock areas, follows the security of the zone, examines and ratifies the projects of the investors, follows up the constructions and gives the permissions.
