INFRASTRUCTURE

Road:

EFZ is located between Istanbul-Greece & Bulgaria borders, bordering next to Trans European Motorway (TEM) making it an easy access for your needs.(TEM) Roads in the area are adapted to industrial traffic standards.It is locaded 7 km to the nearest residence which makes it simple travel distance for the labors employed at the site.

Water:

Water is supplied from wells from a dept of 250m-280m drilled by EFZ. System is inspected occasionaly via water analysis.

Electric:

To small and medium size parcels 65W/m2 energy is given by EFZ. For the excess energy demand user company needs to make its own transformer. Electricity in EFZ exempt from Value Added Tax (18%) and municipality tax (1%). Continuous electrical energy recieved by 8 km dıstance from Ulas Main Line to EFZ. For the future investments, the studies has began to build up a co-generation within free zone.

Natural Gas:

The natural gas connection line in our area has been brought to EFZ aprox. 60 bar, from Russian Natural gas base line which is passing from Çorlu – Yulaflı region, 6 kms. away. EFZ started serving companies after connection of RMS-A station which has 12,000 m3/hour capacity. The natural gas which has been bought from BOTAŞ delivered into the free zone by EFZ, exluded from Value Added Tax. infrastructure has been completed for the investors needs and ready for use right up to the independent parcels. Main Line of the gas structure is made out of steel pipe and the distributing pipe lines are fitted and combined with identical naturilized polythene.

Phone and Data Lines:

Both Telekom and GSM lines and data lines has been given to users by EFZ exempt from VAT and other comminication taxes (all totaly reaches upto 43%). 3000 lines of digital Turk Telekom telephone swichboard is giving service to the users.

Rain and Waste Water Lines:

Rain and Waste water pipe lines at EFZ have been built section by section. Bigger waste pipe lines of the sections are gallery system and the smaller waste lines are installed in the infrastructure as polythene pipe lines. 500m3/day are taken to biological purification waste facility. Companies that have Chemical waste, need to build their own chemical waste treatment facility on their parcel before discharging to EFZ facility. EFZ biological treatment center is designed as modular system which can be expanded according to the capacity increase.

Food:

TEYVAS Catering A.S. is a group company of Sahinler Holding, is producing meal at its modern kitchen in EFZ which has quality certificate of ISO 22000.

Other needs are covered by several canteens located around free zone.
