Free Zone Directorate
The zone directorate which is committed directly to T.R. Ministry of Economy, General Directorate of Free Zones, Overseas Investment and Services; controls the zone, gives the warehouse certificates, audits the working licenses, collects the special fund of free zone during the entries and exits of the goods , realizes the coordination between companies, keeps the registrations of users.
Customs Directorate
The Customs Directorate which is committed directly to T.R. Ministry of Customs and Trade, realizes all the imports, exports, transit, custom's operations and audits them, puts into practice the penalties, follows and forbids the smuggling, takes the necessary precautions for the transportation and examines the goods.
Customs Protection Directorate
Takes the necessary precautions for smuggling, controls the documents and the goods entering to and existing from free zone.

Constructs and makes the maintenance of all the infrastructures, superstructures, rents and sells buildings according to user requirements, sells lands to investors, supplies electricity, water communication, food, garbage collecting, loading-unloading and other necessary services to users, supplies closed or open stock areas, follows the security of the zone, examines and ratifies the projects of the investors, follows up the constructions and gives the permissions.
